OTRSServiceBasedQueueRouting::Agent::GetAllButton

Enables the filter button next to the queue selection in the agent interface, or disables the button.

Default value:

1

OTRSServiceBasedQueueRouting::HideParents

If enabled, it hides queue parents that are disabled. This works together with Ticket::Frontend::ListType in list view mode only.

Default value:

1

OTRSServiceBasedQueueRouting::External::AutoQueueAllocation

If enabled, the queue will be preselected if only one queue is available. In this case the field queue will not appear.

Default value:

0
