Allows the use of dynamic ticket templates in ticket creation screens. Please note that when this configuration is enabled, the default templates will not be accessible.

The user IDs (the same as for the login) of the agents, which will receive a notification when a customer creates a ticket but does not have a dynamic ticket template assigned.

Ticket::DynamicTicketTemplate::PossibleNone
Defines whether dynamic ticket templates selection box shows an empty value. This setting is overwritten by Ticket::DynamicTicketTemplate::CustomerGroup in the external interface.
