You need to travel from the office to another location and need a car quickly. With the integrated process for booking a vehicle in the OTRS office management solution, you can quickly request a company vehicle for this purpose.
The ticket is created via the external or agent interface and forwarded directly to the department responsible for the fleet, which can confirm, reject or reschedule the booking. The configuration item created for the vehicle automatically changes the status so that you can always see at a glance which vehicles are currently awarded, available for rental or undergoing maintenance. At the end, the vehicle is returned, which can be confirmed with an additional report (e.g. on any damage).
