Ticket Scheduler in OTRS

Between lack of specialists, compliance pressures and ever-growing to-do lists, predictable automation is becoming a real productivity lever – and this is exactly where the Ticket Scheduler in OTRS comes in.

It automatically creates tickets for recurring tasks and can be set up in just a few steps. You can select the execution frequency precisely: choose between daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or one-time execution and set the exact date and time. Ticket properties, texts, attachments and dynamic fields can also be defined in advance; even process tickets can be started with the Ticket Scheduler. Thanks to the articles and time stamps, everything is documented in an audit-proof manner – ideal for maintenance, safety inspections or regular software updates, for example.
